	5.11.08 SPRING CONCERT!! It's that time of year again, and the Logs are here to get you through your finals with just a little more fun. Come out Friday, May 16th to our Spring Concert: Planet of the Logs, featuring guest group the Wellesley Tupelos. Its going to be a fun-filled night in 26-100, so be sure to stop by. Show starts at 8, but doors open at 7:30 so get there early for a good seat!
	3.31.08 Logs in Cali! After a long week of touring beautiful CA from LA to San Fran, the Logs return home to prepare for the release of our next CD in May and our Spring concert, which will be Friday, May 16, 2008! Check our Concerts section soon for more details.
	1.26.08 Love is in the air! Its that time of year again, the holiday all the girls love and all the guys hate. Well guys, Logs are here to make satisfying your girl easier with our annual Valentine's Day Serenades! On Thursday, Feb. 14th, we will go around to all the classes delivering messages of love. Come by our booth in the Student Center to buy one for a mere $20. We also do phone serenades. And Ladies, the MIT Muses also do serenades...
	11.30.07 Logs Winter Concert! It's that time of year again, all the leaves are off the trees, its too cold to go outside, and LOGS ARE SINGING IN KRESGE! That's right, Friday, December 14th at 8:00pm, Logs will be performing in Kresge auditorium on MIT's campus for their annual winter concert. We've had a great semester with the twigs and we have a whole bunch of new songs for you, so take a break from studying (who studies on a Friday night anyway?) and come out! As always tickets are entirely free. Also joining us will be the Tupelos, a fantastic all-female A Cappella group from Wellesley.
	9.27.07 TWIGS! After a long and difficult audition process, we finally have new twiggies! Congratulations to Tommy Gerrity, Jason Ashe, Dorian Dargan, and Ben Bloomberg! We've got great new twigs and a great year ahead of us. Be sure to check us out at Fall GBIS on October 13th in Kresge Auditorium, and visit the Concerts section of the website to see if we're performing near you!
	8.7.07 This could be YOU! Just like we do every year, we're once again holding auditions and opening the door for potential new Logs! Come to our booth at the Activities Midway (4pm-6:30pm on Friday, August 31st) to sign up for the Friday and Saturday auditions. If you can't make it to the midway, send an email to logs@mit.edu, and we'll help you out. Be ready with a quick solo and a joke by the time your audition rolls around. We hope to see you this weekend!
	6.6.07 Spring Behind Us, New Year Ahead Spring time ended at MIT with the Logs performing their spring concert (Log and Order) to a sold out audience. Even the MIT police came—they tried to kick everyone out so they could get seats, but the logs were not having it. After performing a short set in Lobby 10 for the guests who were not able to find seats, the Logs ran back to finish the year with a very fun show for their friends and families. This concert also marked the last concert for the seniors. We are sad to see this year's seniors leave, but we are also very excited to hear the auditions of next year's new members. So if singing with a group whose concerts get broken up by the police sounds exciting to you, be sure to catch us at Activities Midway during Orientation 2007, or shoot us an email at logs@mit.edu!
	3.19.07 Live and alive, and Southeast Tour! Attention world: we are no longer just the MIT Logarhythms. We are now the MIT Logarhythms: WERS All A Cappella LIVE at the Majestic Champions! On Sunday March 11, the Logs bested the best in the Boston radio station's a cappella showdown, and we've got the giant foam check (the best part of it all) to prove it. The Champs may very well be singing close to you soon; check out the concerts page to find out. We'll be flying down to GA and FL next week to catch some rays, sing for a new crowd, and distribute copies of Natural on our spring break; keep an eye out if you live near Atlanta or Orlando!
	2.10.07 Valentine's Day Serenades Valentine's Day is almost here and the Logs are ready to help you win the heart of that special someone. From the Student Center to Sloan (and even over the phone!), we'll be serenading all day. Sign up at our booth in the Student Center, or email Mike Lee if you can't make it in person. Nothing says "I love you" like a Logs serenade, except maybe our new album, Natural, which is now available for purchase online! Listen to some samples and get yours in our recordings section.
	1.4.07 NATURAL is here!!! Today is the happiest day of our collective life, because we've received the final copies of our newest album, Natural! This is the product of the blood, sweat, and tears of six classes of Logs, and we couldn't be happier to bring you the final product. Check out the "Recordings" section of the website for song clips and information about how to get YOUR OWN copy. And for you MIT readers, stay tuned for information regarding... the release party?
	12.8.06 Logs Winter Concert... Again! Today my fingers turned blue while I was walking across the Mass. Ave. Bridge to campus, which can mean only one thing... it's almost time for the Logs Winter Concert! The Logs haven't sounded this good since... well... ever, so you'd really be missing out if you don't show up for this one. Take a break from studying for exams and show up at Kresge Auditorium on Sunday the 17th at 8pm. You won't even have to leave your room beforehand, because there are no tickets and the concert is completely free. American University's lovely Treble in Paradise, whom we met on our fall tour to Maryland and DC, will be opening up the show. The doors open at 7:45, but come early for the best seats!
	10.4.06 Chips Off The Old Block The Logs are pleased to announce 4 new twigs after auditions in September: Balaji Mani, Kirby Baylin, Justin Sousa, and Ryan Jackson. See the twigs in action along with all your favorite fellas at GBIS on October 14th in Kresge, and check the concert listing throughout the year if you lose that lovin' feeling.

	5.8.06 Silence of the Logs The Logs are proud to present "Silence of the Logs," our 2006 Spring Concert. Come to 10-250 (map) on Saturday, May 20th, and be ready for an evening of great music and comedy. Doors will open at 7:30pm and the concert will start promptly at 8pm. Make sure to get there early and grab some good seats! As always, our show is completely, entirely, and in every way FREE.
	2.9.06 Valentine's Day Serenades This year we'll be doing as we usually do on Valentine's Day; serenading people all over campus at all hours of the day. If you'd like to buy one for your special someone ($20 is so little to pay for true love), you can come to our booth in the Student Center on Friday 2/10 and in Lobby 10 on Monday 2/13. You can also email bryankoo@mit.edu if you have any questions. We do serenades over the phone, too!
	12.7.05 WINTER CONCERT 12/11 8pm!! We got back home from our very successful Fall Tour to DC and Maryland (look for pictures soon), and what do you know, it was winter! And if winter means anything, it means Logs Winter Concert! Whoopee! We have had 56 years to perfect out all-male a cappella performance, so you know this one's gonna be good. It's well before finals, so you don't have to worry about studying. It's free, so you don't have to worry about your wallet. It's awesome, so you don't have to worry about being bored on Sunday the 11th, at 8pm. We'll be in Kresge Auditorium again, and we're really happy to once again welcome back the BU Terpsichore, who have opened the show for the past couple of years. Doors open at 7:45, but come early for the best seats!
	11.9.05 On the road again! Fall Tour is here! This weekend we'll be packing ourselves in some vans and driving south to Maryland and Washington, D.C. Check our concerts page for more info about where we'll be and when, and make sure to let us know if you enjoyed our visit. We might want to come back for more! The rest of our fall schedule is up for you to peruse, so if you're not from Baltimore or our nation's capital, take a look and see if we're singing near you.
	9.8.05 We have twigs! Auditions are over and we have new members! Congratulations to Kevin Schoenfelder, Bryan Koo, Garrett Robinson, Jason Ku, Michael Lee, Stephane Essama, and Mike Miller. Don't worry, we're molding (carving?) these guys into Logs for you all to be proud of. Look for them to be singing with us next time you come to one of our performances, and make sure to congratulate them afterwards. Our fall performance schedule will be up on the website soon; check back to find out the next time we'll be near you.
	5.6.05 A concert you can't refuse. The Logs have been busy getting ready for our big spring show, which will be on Friday, May 13 this year. We have plenty of new songs, some old favorites, and will be saying some sad goodbyes to our departing members. We sincerely hope to see you in the audience.
	3.16.05 Here comes spring... The Logs are ready for a nice relaxing spring break, but we are happy to announce that Soundproof has been nominated for 3 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards (CARAs). Thanks to everyone who has been coming out to see us sing. Stay tuned for more concerts, including our Spring Concert on Friday, May 13.

	12.5.03 No Such Thing on BOCA 2004 The Logs are excited to announce that the track "No Such Thing" off of the upcoming Logs album Soundproof has been selected to appear on the Best of College A Cappella (BOCA) 2004! You can purchase the CD from any Log starting February 2004. BOCA 2003 (which features "Black Balloon" off of Superlogs) can currently be purchased from any Log.

	4.23.02 We did it all ourselves! really! The Logs would like to clear up some confusion regarding percussion on superlogs The album is ENTIRELY VOCAL. All drums, bongos, percussion and sound effects were recorded straight from the mouths of Logs...ya dig??
	4.14.02 Michigan...you are very far away After a 24-hour round-trip drive, three performances, more debauchery and little sleep, the Logs return home to Boston from their tour of the Great Midwest State of Michigan. Thanks to Troy High School, MSU's Capit@l Green, U of M's Compulsive Lyres, U of M's Amazin' Blue, the parents, and all the fans for making the trip a blast.
	3.27.02 Kobe. Shaq. The Logs. On March 27, 2002 the Logs sang the national anthem at the Staples Center in front of 30,000 screaming fans. Some of them may have been there to watch basketball. Video coming someday.
